About Charles Vethan
Charles Raven Vethan is licensed to practice law in both Texas and California and is one of a very few Texas attorneys who is dual Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law and Consumer & Commercial Law. Representing the individual against the system has been his passion for more than 25 years.
An avid motorcycle rider who has ridden Harley-Davidson and Indian bikes across the United States, Canada, and Europe, Charles has a passion for safe riding and for representing motorcyclists injured by careless drivers. He has also represented clients in wrongful death cases, claims against improperly manufactured appliances that caused fires, and people injured by oversized trucks driven by poorly trained, distracted drivers.
Whether the claim is against a multibillion-dollar corporation, a construction company, or a trucking company, Charles and his team of litigators work with seriously injured clients to maximize their recovery. He has handled over 20,000 matters and tried more than 90 cases to verdict or final award.
